How do I create an Account?If you are using the Standard service from MyCredibility.com you can simply sign up for the service at the Register page here. You can get started for FREE, and then upgrade later, or choice the plan that best fits you now. You will get a new account, an email with your password and you are ready to login. If you are a Candidate using the system from a Recruiting firm, please reach out to your contact there and they can create you a new account on their Portal.

Do Candidates have different levels of subscriptions?That is up to you as it is your portal and you are the Admin of the user accounts. There are three options; Free, Professional and Professional+. Each has a graduating level of access. You can grant all of your Candidates Professional+ if you would like. We can help you craft your Reference Management program that will best fit your customers.

How do I change my Password?You can change your password from the SETTINGS page once you login. If you have forgotten your password you can use the link in the LOGIN PAGE for “forgot my password” and a secure email will be sent with a link to reset your password.

How does the MyCredibility score workWell, it is a longer answer than we can type in here, so check out our How it Works Page here. This will give you all the details on the score, the risk metrics and how you can use the numbers to your advantage.

Why can't I change a Profile name after I create it?Your Profiles are related to the References that are received, therefore you want to make sure that those references are given for the skills, experience and information provided only in that Profile. Otherwise, you may end up with References that are not relevant to the role that is part of your Profile.
